Bradford See especially the journal excerpts of Bradford

Winthrop
: from A Modell of Christian Charity (Start at the line:"... From the former Considerations arise these Conclusions...)

Bradstreet: Analyze two of her most notable poems: "To My Dear and Loving Husband" & "Upon the Burning of Our House"

Hutchinson: The Puritans and Dissent (see the interviews with Professors Marini and Prothero PBS Series: God in America)

Begin by reading and annotating the handout you recieved in class about the Puritans. Compare your annotation (underline, circle, marginal notes)
with the in-class information ( PPT Notes). Explore your group's person/ tribe and include any further questions and look up unfamiliar vocabulary.
Reflect upon the Tribes' / Puritans' Paradigm: Values, Ideas, Beliefs. What is your personal and collaborative impression of the person or tribe
(favorable, unfavorable or some of both?). Explain why.

Create a Single Thesis Statement (Main Idea) that you will include at the start of your slide presentation.
